The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services revealed a proposed tobacco control strategy today (Nov. 10) that would require cigarette manufacturers to put bold, graphic health warnings on all cigarette packs by October 2012. If approved, the cigarette warnings would be the biggest change in cigarette advertisements in the last 25 years, according to the department.
